Every appointment that isn’t cancelled in time is one that can’t be offered to another patient who’s waiting. Cancelling takes a moment — online, through the NHS App, or with a quick phone call — and makes a real difference to how many patients we’re able to see.
How to Cancel
You can cancel online or via the NHS App at any time, or call reception during opening hours. If it’s outside of opening hours, our online cancellation option is still available.
